Jay has had four songs reach the top 50 in the country main charts of New Music Weekly
“Spin Tracking System” with two songs in the top 15. His song “Smiling Faces”
is now out on a Christian compilation CD called “Unified By Grace”.
Jay grew up in Columbus, Indiana close to Jonesville. He attended Columbus East High School and Ball
State University. Jay and his wife currently own a bakery "Ahlemeyer Farms" in Columbus, Indiana. His wife manages
the bakery while Jay is writing music and lyrics for new songs.
